Our Values
Here at Gooding Training Academy all of our courses are collaborative and learners are encouraged to ask as many questions as possible to help further their understanding. Our approach involves exploring questions in small group seminars to help solidify the material. To create a safe, positive and secure learning environment we ask that all of our learners follows our Gooding Training Academy Values:

About GT Academy
Here at Gooding Training Academy we understand that not all training providers suit all candidates. Our specialist training centre based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire provides a flexible and relaxed environment where individuals feel comfortable, secure and able to fully engage with the course material. Every course is delivered by an experienced tutor, and every single one of our tutors are still practicing so are able to harness real-world examples in their teaching.

Be Respectful

When the instructor or another participant is speaking, focus your attention on them. Avoid using your phone or engaging in side conversations. This will enhance your learning and help you absorb the information more effectively.

Be Present

Choose the note-taking method that works best for you, whether it’s using a laptop, taking handwritten notes, or jotting down key points in the notebook provided. Recording important points will save you time searching for information later.

Be Wrong

Mistakes are part of the learning process. It’s important to embrace errors during the learning phase as that’s how you can remember a certain rule and ensure you don’t make the mistake when it counts. We encourage everyone to attempt things even if you’re not confident.

Be Inquisitive

No question is too small or insignificant. If something is unclear, ask immediately - there’s no need to wait for a break.
For those who prefer a more private setting, feel free to approach the tutor one-on-one or drop them an email after the course.
It’s important to resolve queries promptly to ensure your knowledge is secure before you move onto the next step.
